摘　　要：应用专利分析软件对国家专利局七国两组织数据库及欧洲专利局数据库中的环境核辐射监测系统相关专利进行检索,在专利申请量分布和专利技术分布方面进行了分析,就今后我国环境核辐射监测系统自主知识产权的构建提出了初步的建议。The article researched on related patents literature on the monitoring system of the environmental nuclear radiation by applying patent analysis software in the database of National patent offices of seven countries and two organizations and the European Patent Office, analyses the patent distribution of quantity and technology, and gave some recommendations on the future of the intellectual property of the monitoring system of the environmental nuclear radiation.
