摘 要:福岛核事故后核安全监管部门对核电厂放射性水平监测的可靠性和功能性提出了更高要求。论文梳理了已有和制定中的核安全法规对核电厂辐射监测系统的安全要求,总结了三代核电技术辐射监测系统构成和技术特点,探讨了未来辐射监测技术发展趋势,对将来核电厂辐射监测系统的技术发展和安全审评进行了展望。The Fukushima Dai - ici accident showed that initiating events disrupting the regional infrastructure and affecting several units at the same site can have a significant adverse impact on the implementation of the required accident management actions. Maintaining the reliability and functions of radiation level monitoring during and after accident is one of those requirements posed after the Fukushima accidents. This paper compared the design options and configurations of Generation Ⅲnuclear power technologies, analyzed the different requirements and technical trends of radiation monitoring system, and posed some new consideration for safety review of radiation monitoring system in the future.
