新型高效苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂的研究与应用

摘　　要：采用4,6-二硝基-2-仲丁基苯酚复配体系作为苯乙烯的精馏阻聚剂,替代原来以2,6-二硝基对甲酚为主组分的复配阻聚剂,通过优化配方和应用工艺条件,阻聚效率显著提高。工业应用结果表明,与原配方相比焦油日均产率下降约10%,焦油中聚合物含量减少21%,阻聚剂总费用降低6%,焦油流动性也得到明显改善。Adopted 4,6 - dinitro - 2 - secbutyl phenol combination system replacing 2,6 - dinitro -p - cresol as distillation polymerization inhibitor for styrene, the inhibition efficiency was obviously increased by optimizing the formula and application process condition. The indus-trial application results showed that daily average productivity of the tar decreased by 10% , po-lymer content in the tar decreased by 21% , and the total cost of inhibitor decreased by 6% comparing with the original inhibitor formula, and the flow ability of the tar was improved obvi-ously.
