摘  要:采用海藻酸钠、聚阴离子纤维素作为载体对阿特拉津降解酶进行固定,通过单因素试验并应用主成分分析法确定海藻酸钠浓度、聚阴离子纤维素的浓度、pH和温度等因素对固定化酶的降解效果影响较大。采用正交试验确定固定化酶的最佳条件为:海藻酸钠浓度1.75%,聚阴离子纤维素浓度1.4%,温度29℃,pH 7.5。Degradation enzyme of atrazine was immobilized on the sodium alginate, PAC supporter. The single factor tests of immobilized condition were made through investigating atrazine degradation rate. Then the software SPSS determine the sodium alginate concentration, PAC concentration, pH and temperature were more important impact factors of the immobilized degradation enzyme effect. Orthogonal experiment commence between these factors which were selected by SPSS. The optimal condition of the immobilized: the concentration of sodium alginate was 1.75% and PAC was 1.4%. The optimal temperature for the immobilized atrazine degradation enzyme was 29℃; the optimal pH was 7.5.
