摘  要:在中温(35℃)条件下,采用分批补料发酵试验,分析补料量对复合系LZF-12降解稻杆的影响。结果表明,稻草降解率随补料量增加而提高,在补料量为250 mL时达到最大值76%。乙酸和丁酸是主要液相末端产物,质量浓度占总VFAs质量浓度的90%以上。补料发酵时,每次添加稻草24 h后pH降到最低,乙酸含量也达到最大值,随后逐渐升高直到下一次添加稻草;COD、总氮、氨氮含量均呈现出相近规律的周期性变化。To investigate influence of feed amount on degradation of rice straw by complex microbial system LZF-12, fed-batch fermentation was conducted under mesophilic (35 ℃) condition. The results showed that degradation rate was improved with increase of feed amount, and the maximum degradation rate was obtained at feed amount of 250 mL. Acetic acid and butyric acid which account for 90% of the total volatile fatty acids is dominant liquid fermentation product. Once after adding rice straw, the pH value decreased minimum and the content of acetic acid increased maximum after 24 h. Then the pH value had increased gradually until next add of rice straw. COD, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen content showed similar regular changes.
