摘  要:以黑龙江省和平灌区农民用水合作组织的实地调研数据为支撑,以用水农户和农民用水合作组织为研究对象,构建冲量过程模型进行试验模拟。结果表明,用水农户与农民用水合作组织组建的封闭系统不稳定;从影响阶段看,随着时间推移,农民用水合作组织在参与式灌溉管理中作用越大;从影响程度看,同一发展时期农民用水合作组织规模变化对系统内部因素动量影响程度不同。农民用水合作组织缺少有效的运行机制是造成其系统不稳定主要原因。In order to analyze the influence of establishing farmers' water cooperation organization to irrigation management of irrigation district scientifically, the author took field research data about rural water cooperation organizations of the peaceful irrigation district in Heilongjiang Province as a support and took water users and rural water cooperation organization as the object to construct the impulse process model to experiment. The results of the model showed that: the closed system about the water user and farmers' water cooperation organization was unstable; the farmers' water cooperation organization played a more important role in participatory irrigation management with the pass of time from the impact of the stage; the change of the farmers' water cooperation organization scale had different influence on the internal factors of momentum in the same period of the development to the influence degree. In addition, the result of the model also showed that the lack of an effective operation mechanism in farmers' water cooperation organizations was the main reason that the system was not stable.
