摘  要:同济设计院大楼改建前为一钢筋混凝土框架结构停车库,改建为一混合结构的综合办公楼,为提高改建结构的抗震性能,增设了粘滞阻尼器。对改建结构的方案比选进行了介绍,对设置粘滞阻尼器后的结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震下的时程分析,同时进行了静力弹塑性分析。分析结果表明,增设粘滞阻尼器后可有效减小结构所承受的地震作用,从而提高了结构的抗震性能。The Tongji Design Institute Building was reconstructed from a garage of reinforced concrete frame structure to a composite structure office building. Viscous dampers were used to improve the seismic perform- ance of the structure. Comparison and selection of the retrofit design were introduced. Time history analyses were performed for the structure with viscous dampers under the frequently occurred earthquake, the design earthquake and the rarely occurred earthquake. This paper also presents the pushover analysis results. The study indicates that seismic loads can be reduced effectively by the addition of viscous dampers to the struc- ture, thereby enhancing its seismic performance.
