摘　　要：基于纵向央地关系与横向地方政府间关系的府际关系网络模型,将我国的区域一体化进程分为四种模式,即"单打独斗模式"、"貌合神离模式"、"柔性协调模式"和"上下协力模式"。四种模式体现为由央地之间地方政府之间关系构成的府际关系在不断的冲突与共识中塑造区域一体化的不同作用机制。把握四种模式动态演变的规律,有利于明确现有区域一体化策略的优化路径。This paper constructs a network model of intergoverrtmental relations, including both the vertical central-local government relations and the horizontal relationship between local governments. From this perspective, the paper has divided China＇s regional integration process into four main modes： ＂working in isolation＂ mode, ＂apparently acquiescing while contrary-minded＂ mode, ＂flexible coordination＂ mode, ＂in unison＂ mode. Meanwhile, we have analyzed the mechanism of intergovernmental relations （constituted by the central-local relations and the local-local relations ）in the shape of the regional integration, and also have discussed the dynamic evolution of the four modes. On this basis, this paper has finally presented a possible path of the regional integration strategy in the future.
