摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿手深二度烧伤康复治疗方法。方法:对2010年3月—2011年12月27例手深二度烧伤婴幼儿进行康复治疗。结果:27例患者,3例失访。23例手指和指蹼功能良好,扁平瘢痕,软化,无充血,与周围正常皮肤颜色接近,1例瘢痕明显,手指屈曲畸形,但无关节脱位,需要手术恢复手指活动功能。结论:对婴幼儿手深二度烧伤患者采取康复治疗效果较好。Objective：To explore the rehabilitation of functional rehabilitation of deep second-drgree burned hand of in- fant. Methods ：Twenty-seven infant patients with deep second-drgree burned hand were treated in our department from March 2010 to December 2011. Result：Three of twenty-seven patents were lost to follow-up,23 were recovered to fundamental normal- ity after treatment, the function of webbed fingers and finger was well, soften, no congestion, the color of skin close to the sur- rounding normal skin. One patient has obvious scar, no dislocation of joint, requiring surgery to restore finger movement func- tions. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation could reduce the hyperplasia and contracture of scar in deep second-drgTee burned hand of in- fant.
