摘　　要：目的:探讨更年期女性心电图改变特点及其临床意义。方法:选择45～60岁伴有症状、临床上无器质性心脏疾病的更年期女性80例,进行同步十二导联常规心电图记录,由专业心电图医师分析诊断。结果:心电图正常者17例,ST-T改变39例,室性期前收缩16例,房性期前收缩6例,其他2例。结论:更年期女性心电图改变主要因卵巢功能衰退、体内雌激素及孕激素水平降低所致。临床应结合患者性别、年龄及症状等全面分析,以明确诊断。Objective： To investigate the change of ECG and its clinical significance in menopausal women.Methods： Selected 80 cases of menopausal women that the age 45 ～ 60 years old,accompanied by symptoms,and without organic heart disease,for synchronous 12-lead ECG recording,analysis and diagnosis by a specialized ECG physician.Results： Of the 17 patients with normal ECG,ST-T change in 39 cases,16 cases of ventricular premature beat,6 cases of atrial premature beat,the other 2 cases.Conclusion： Menopausal women ECG changes mainly due to declining ovarian function,estrogen and progesterone levels decrease.Should be combined with the gender,age,clinical symptoms of a comprehensive analysis,to confirm the diagnosis.
