探讨中国未来十年的对外经济贸易政策  

On China's Foveign Economic and Trade Policy in the Next Decade

摘　　要：投资、消费、出口是拉动我国经济增长的"三驾马车"。近几年来,我国实行"稳增长、调结构、促平衡"的对外经济贸易政策,使我国的对外经济贸易发展一直保持着顺差的态势。当前,国际国内环境复杂多变,我国对外经济贸易发展充满着诸多不确定性和风险性因素,发展仍不太乐观,应继续调整和优化对外经济贸易政策。本文通过对当前中国对外贸易经济发展现状、发展环境进行分析,并对中国未来十年经济及对外贸易经济环境进行预测,最后探讨出相应的对外经济贸易政策。Investment, consumption and exportation are ＂the troika＂ that boost China＇s economic growth. The foreign economic and trade policy that China has carried out recent years is ＂steady growth, adjusting structure, promoting balance＂,which makes China＇s foreign economic and trade development maintain a surplus situation. At present, the international and domestic environment is complex, China＇s foreign economic and trade development is fraught withmany uncertaintiesandrisky factors,＇ the development is still not optimistic, we should continue to adjust and optimize the foreigneconomic and trade policy. This article analyzes the current development of China＇s foreign trade and economic and environmental development, predicts China＇s economic and foreign trade and economic environment in the next decade, and finally discusses on the corresponding foreigneconomic andtradepolicy.
