摘  要:介绍了升降器零件成形工艺,该零件主要特点是带凸缘筒形件,涉及落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边等冲压工序。传统升降器外壳冲压工艺存在冲压工序多、复合程度低、制造成本高等缺点,为了克服这些缺点,本文分析了汽车车门玻璃升降器外壳件冲压工艺,研究比较了5种工艺方案,最终确定的方案为落料拉深复合、冲小孔与翻边预冲孔复合以及翻边切边复合。根据选定方案进行模具设计,运用有限元分析软件对成形过程进行分析,以确保冲压的顺利进行。提出升降器外壳件新冲压工艺设计,采用新工艺,取得了良好效果。The forming technology of lifter shell has been mainly introduced in the text. The shell is flanged cylindrical part which needs blanking, deep drawing, punching, flanging and etc. punching procedure. The traditional punching process for lifter shell in high cost has lots of procedures with low composite degree. In order to overcome the above disadvantages, the punching process for vehicle door lifter shell has been analyzed in the text. Five process projects have been studied and compared. Finally the project which realizes blanking & deep drawing composite process, punching small holes & flanging pre-punching composite process, and flanging & side trimming composite process has been determined. The die has been designed as per the project. The process has been analyzed by use of finite element analyzing software, which ensures the smooth punching process. The new punching process of the lifter shell has been put forward, which gets the good effect.
