摘 要:通过采用性别角色量表和成就动机量表对客家籍大学生进行研究。结果表明,大学生"双性化"性别角色发展趋势明显,客家籍与非客家籍大学生性别角色类型差异不显著;大学生成就动机水平存在显著的性别、专业与地区差异,客家籍大学生有着更强的成就动机;性别角色与成就动机存在显著的相关,男性化者成就动机水平最高,双性化者次之,未分化者最低。社会、学校、家庭应塑造大学生良好的性别角色形象,弘扬客家文化的优良传统,促进大学生成长与成才。The result of the tested by Chinese sex role inventory and the achievement motivation scale showed that the development of androgyny among college students was increasing and there was no significant difference between Hakka and non- Hakka students on sex role ;There were obvious differences on the achievement motivation of col- lege students between gender, major and region ,while the score of Hakka college students is si^ificanfly higher. It was found to be significantly correlated with sex role and achievement motivation. The achievement motivation score of masculinity was the highest and the score of undifferentiation was the lowest. In order to promote college students' growth and development, our society, school and family should help college students shape the image of good sex role and carry forward the Hakka traditional culture.
