摘　　要：分析当前国际国内环境和中央宏观经济政策可以得知,我国发展仍处于重要战略机遇期。岳阳必须抢抓并用好难得的发展机遇,以提高经济增长质量和效益为中心,转变发展方式,统筹城乡发展,突出山水特色,加快基础设施建设,发展社会事业,推动岳阳经济社会持续健康发展。Through the analyzing of the current international and domestic maeroeconomic policy environment it can be drawn that China＇s development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities. Yueyang must seize and make good use of this rare opportunity for development, improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth as its center, change the patterns of development, plan the development of urban and rural area, highlight landscape features, speed up infrastructure construction, develop social undertakings and promote sustained and healthy economic and social development of Yueyang.
