摘 要:紫花苜蓿是我国一种重要的豆科牧草,具有秋眠特性,同时耐高温能力较差。本文旨在对紫花苜蓿的秋眠性与耐热性之间的关系做分析研究,为我国南方地区紫花苜蓿的引种提供参考依据。本试验选择了具有不同秋眠级的8个紫花苜蓿品种,测定其在高温胁迫下的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标,经分析发现,紫花苜蓿的秋眠级与耐热性之间没有必然联系。Alfalfa is one of the most important forage of legume in our country, which has the characteristic of fall dormancy, and is poor in the heat tolerance. This paper aimed to study on the relationship between fall dormancy and heat resistance, and the results would be a suggestion for the introduction of Alfalfa in south of China. Eight Alfalfa varieties which included different fall dormancy levels were chosen for this experiment. And research on the impact of relative conductivity, MDA content and peroxidase activity in high temperature stress showed that there is no relationship between fall dormancy and heat resistance of Alfalfa.
