摘　　要：以内蒙古大学为例,分析了2 0 1 3年内蒙古地区化工类、电子类、经管类、日语类等专业毕业生的就业形势,在全球经济下行及以能源为主的产业结构背景下,2 0 1 3年就业形势非常严峻。结合实际情况,提出以下解决措施:建立就业机制,积极推动"走出去、请进来"策略,加强网络宣传,充分利用校友资源,强化就业指导。Taking Inner Mongolia university for example, this paper analyzes the employment situations in Inner Mongolia in 2013 for the graduates in the fields of chemical and electronic industries, economics and administration and Japanese, and the graduates in other specialties. Under the background of the global economic downturn and the industrial structure depending on energy, the employment situation is very grim in 2013.In the light of the reality, this paper presents the following solutions： to establish employment mechanism, to promote actively the strategy called ＂Walking out and inviting in＂, to strengthen the propaganda of network, to make full use of the roles of the alumni, and to strengthen the guidance in employment.
