摘　　要：通过调研,了解了霸州市文化产业发展概况,也了解了其文化品牌建设、文化产业招商引资项目建设和文化产业人才需求情况。通过资料征集,实地考察进一步了解了霸州文化娱乐、民间艺术、文化设施、文艺创作、文化旅游、非物质文化遗产等内容的发展情况。此外,针对当前霸州文化产业发展现状分析了霸州文化产业的发展优势以及存在的主要问题,从而提出了解决问题对策和建设性意见。Through research, to understand the development situation of Bazhou culture industry, understand the cultural brand construction and cultural industry investment projects construction and cultural industry talent demand. In addition, through data collection, field investigation and further development of in-depth understand- ing of culture and entertainment, folk art, literary and artistic creation, cultural facilities, cultural tourism, intangible cultural heritage etc.. Do the quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze the development advantage of Bazhou cultural industry current development situation of cultural industry as well as the main existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
