摘　　要：重视并加强研究生素质培养研究,对全面推进研究生素质教育和适应社会发展要求具有重要的作用。在分析中国研究生教育发展状况的基础上,就新时期研究生素质培养存在的问题进行了揭示,并针对问题就培育高素质研究生人才的路径作以探讨。The intensive quality training of postgraduates will contribute to the quality education and overall social de- velopment. Upon analysis of the Chinese postgraduate education, the paper deals with the problems in the quality training of postgraduates and explores the approaches to the effective training of postgraduates.
