摘　　要：为探明体育与自然环境的关系,实现两者的和谐发展,运用文献法,归纳总结法等方法,对湿度、温度、风、高度及其它自然环境对体育运动的影响进行了分析,探讨体育给自然环境带来的影响,提出促进两者协调发展的建议,以期为体育与自然环境的和谐发展提供理论依据。In order to understand the relationship between physical education and natural environment and realize the harmonious development of sports and natural environment, the paper reviews and summarizes some materials, analyses the influence of some natural elements, such as humidity, temperature, wind, height, on sports, explores the influence of sports on nature, proposes some methods to promote the har- monious development of sports and natural environment, and hence provides some theoretical support for the harmony of sports and nature.
