摘　　要：针对当前大学生社会实践存在的问题,需要建立和完善一套切实可行的大学生社会实践运行机制,以保障大学生社会实践工作有效运行。根据大学生社会实践运行机制的功能及作用,将大学生社会实践运行机制归纳为:组织管理机制、健全保障机制、激励约束机制、考核评价机制以及长效运行机制。提出了大学生社会实践运行机制完善的对策建议:政府组织的重视、社会各界的支持以及高等学校的改革。In view of the current problems of college students＇ social practice, there is an urgent need to es- tablish and perfect a set of feasible mechanism of eollege students＇ social practice in order to ensure the ef~ fieient operation of college students＇ social practice work. In view of its function, college students＇ social practice running mechanism can be classified as follows： mechanism of organization and management, mechanism of perfection and supervision, incentive and discipline mechanism, evaluation mechanism, and the long-term operating mechanism. And some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the college students＇ social practice mechanism are duly put forward： attention from government and organization, support from all walks of life, and reform of the colleges and universities.
