摘  要:从多角度解读了全民阅读视域下高校图书馆服务功能的价值取向,提出把图书馆知识导航职能的实现与全民多元化阅读平台构建有机结合起来,努力实现读者群体的包容与馆员服务意识的包容和谐发展,力争图书馆服务创新理念与服务创新机制并行前进,做到以人为本的激励理念与以服务为本的人文关怀并驾齐驱,培养读者对图书馆认同感,科学构建多级图书网络服务体系,以发挥高校图书馆在全民阅读中的重要作用。This paper interprets the value orientation of the service function of university Libraries from the perspective of the national reading in many aspects. In order to play an important role in the national read- ing, university libraries should combine the implementation of library knowledge navigation functions and construction of a diversified reading platform organically to achieve both the tolerance of readers and that of the librarians' service awareness harmoniously. University libraries should also strive to cultivate service innovation concept along with the innovation mechanism in order to make people-oriented incentive idea keep pace with service-oriented humanistic care by cultivating readers' identification with the library and building a multilevel network service system.
