独立学院系级教学档案管理措施探究

摘　　要：独立学院的发展已逐步走向正规,教学档案管理直接反映了独立学院的教学管理水平和教育质量。独立学院系级教学档案为教学工作评估提供依据,为院系间或与其他学校交流提供给平台,也是增长教学经验的基础,但档案管理工作存在出现时间比较晚,拥有自身特性,集约、节约使用档案管理员等特点。对此,通过增强教学档案管理意识,健全教学档案管理制度,运用先进的档案管理方式,提升档案管理人员的能力水平使独立学院系级档案管理工作更上一个台阶。Independent colleges have regularly developed and an important index for measuring their teaching management their teaching archives management serves as and teaching quality. The teaching archives at the department level in independent colleges provide criteria for teaching evaluation and a platform for ex- changes between schools and other colleges, and it＇s also the basis for accumulation of teaching experi- ence. But the work of archives management appeared relatively late with its own characteristics of intensive and economical work for archivists. Hence, corresponding methods including enhancing the archives man- agement awareness, perfection of teaching archives management system, and adoption of advanced man- agement mode are introduced to improve the ability of archivists and enhance the teaching archives manage- ment at the department level in independent colleges at a higher level.
