摘 要:传统PFC都是采用有桥结构,但在一些应用场合,新型无桥PFC以其低功耗、高效率的优势,逐渐占据主导地位。本文分析了无桥有源PFC电路的优势,并提出了一种改进电路,详细介绍了关键元器件的选型方法,最后利用DSP芯片实现了无桥有源PFC在大功率变频空调中的应用。实验结果表明,该无桥有源PFC可以满足功率因数和谐波等各项标准测试,并且效率比传统PFC提高约1%,功率因数高达99%,具有广泛的应用前景。The traditional PFC have bridge structure, but in high power applications, with its advantages of low-power, high efficiency, new bridgeless, PFC gradually dominate. This paper analyzes the advantages of bridgeless active PFC circuit, and proposes an improved circuit and details of the selection method of the key components, and finally achieves the use of bridgeless active PFC by DSP chips in high-power inverter air conditioner. The test results show that the bridgeless active PFC to meet the standard test of the power factor and har- monic bridge, and 1% increment in efficiency than traditional, PFC power factor up to 99%, with a wide range of application prospects.
