赛肤润联合安普贴防治糖尿病足的临床护理

摘　　要：目的观察赛肤润联合安普贴预防和治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法将存在糖尿病足高危因素的患者及发生糖尿病足0-1级的患者共200例随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组在常规护理的基础上使用赛肤润联合安普贴，对照组给予糖尿病足的常规护理。结果实验组糖尿病足发生率及严重程度明显低于对照组，愈合速度也明显快于对照组，结果具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论赛肤润联合安普贴可预防糖尿病足的发生，并且能加速创面愈合。Objective Sanyrene and Algoplague are used in treating diabetic food. ,The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Sanyrene combining with Algoplague on preventing and treating diabetic feet. Design 200 patients with 0 ~ 1 degree diabetic feet or having dangerous factors of diabetic feet were enrolled, and were divided into combined treating group and control group at random. 100 patients were treated with Sanyrene and Algoplague at the basis of routine nursing. The other 100 patients were treated with routine nursing only as controls. Results The incidence and severity of the combined treating group are significantly lower than the control group, combined treating subjects heal more quickly than control subjects（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions The combination of Sanyrene and Algoplague can prevent patients from dia- betic feet, and can accelerate the healing of wound.
