摘　　要：总结了防止老年患者输液渗漏引起纠纷的语言沟通应用经验,方法为掌握沟通时机和内容,在输液前后用钉子扎破车胎这一常见现象与患者及其家属交流。认为根据老年人的静脉特点,采用此种沟通方法效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。This paper summarized the application of verbal communication to prevent dispute of fluids leakage in elderly patients. The method included communicating with patients and their family members before and after transfusion. It is helpful to communicate with with patients and their family members according to characteristics of the vein of the elderly. It is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
