摘　　要：对我国油气企业来说,近些年由前期投入引发的后期成本控制问题日益突出,因此研究前期投入对后期成本控制的影响显得尤为必要。以我国M油气田的实际数据为基础,从前期投入和后期成本控制的内涵探讨了前者对后者的影响,采用定性和定量分析,从影响因素中提炼出数量效应及质量效应概念,并提出了油气企业合理运用成本控制方法的建议。About China's oil & gas companies,in recent years,later cost control problems triggered by the initial investment have become increasingly prominent,so it is particularly necessary to study impact of the initial investment on later cost control.Based on actual data of China's M oil & gas field,the paper discusses impact of the initial investment on later cost control starting from their connotations,defines the concept of quantity effect and mass effect from influential factors,and proposes rational cost control methods for oil & gas enterprise.
