摘　　要：随着国内服务外包产业的不断发展，全国各地纷纷建立服务外包产业园，而各服务外包园缺乏对本产业发展基本要素的自我评估。如何评估本地区服务外包产业竞争力，已成为发展服务外包产业，提升本地区招商引资的重点。本文将以西部某服务外包园区作为研究对象，运用权重、集合、模糊数学方法，构建服务外包园竞争力的指标体系，提出对服务外包园竞争力进行综合评价的方法，为服务外包园区客观评价、及时调整园区产业结构，优化本地区服务外包发展战略提供科学的可行性依据。With the development of the service outsourcing industry, throughout the country have set up serv- ice outsourcing industrial park, and the development of service outsourcing park lack essential elements of the industryg self- assessment. How to evaluate the local service outsourcing industry competitiveness, has become the development of service outsourcing industry, focus on upgrading the regional investment. This paper will be a western service outsourcing park as the research object, by weight, set, fuzzy mathematics method, constructing the index system of the competitiveness of service outsourcing park, puts forward meth- ods of service outsourcing park competitiveness evaluation, for industrial structure adjustment of objective evaluation, park service outsourcing park and, to provide feasible basis for the development of science strategies to optimize the service outsoureing area.
