桡骨远端不稳定性骨折组合式外固定支架治疗临床探析

摘　　要：目的探讨桡骨远端不稳定性骨折组合式外固定支架治疗效果。方法选取2010年5月-2012年5月收治的50例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者为研究对象,给予组合式外固定支架治疗,在拆除组合式外固定支架后,指导进行功能性锻炼。结果对50例患者进行为期18个月的随访,随访结果显示,患者恢复优良率高达88%。结论对桡骨远端不稳定性骨折给予组合式外固定支架治疗,操作简单、效果明显,值得临床推广和应用。!Objective To investigate the effect of unstable distal radius fractures combined external fixation treatment effect. Methods 50 cases of distal radius from May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital were unstable fracture patients as the research object, for the treatment of combined external fixator, in the demolition of combined external fixator, functional exercise guidance. Results After 18 months of follow-up of 50 patients, follow-up, patients recover the excellent and good rate was as high as 88%. Conclusion Treatment with combined external fixation of unstable distal radius fractures, simple operation, obvious effect, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
