摘  要:本文就合肥某化工厂生产用水、氯乙烯工段生产废水、化工厂总排污渠污水、南淝河化工厂下游水、化工厂深井水及阴性对照双蒸水进行了有机浓集物的致突变性研究 ,Ames试验结果表明 :南淝河水在化工厂用于生产之前已受到致突变性污染 ,TA98+S9和TA98-S9均出现阳性 ,化工厂总排污渠污水TA98+S9呈阳性且有增强趋势 ,氯乙烯工段生产废水和南淝河化工厂下游水TA98+S9也呈阳性。深井水和双蒸馏水TA98+S9和TA98-S9均呈阴性。所有水样TA10 0 +S9和TA10 0 -S9均呈阴性。Ames experiment is studied on the Mutagenic of the collected organic substance among production waste water of chemical plant、Chloroethylene workshop section production waste water、total waste water of chemical plant、downriver of southern Feihe river chemical plant、chemical plant deep well water and double distilled water that is used as negative compared.The results indict:Southern Feihe river was polluted by mutagenic substance before producing,masculine is presented in this experiment using TA 98+S9 and TA 98-S9 ,but negative is presented between deep well water and double distilled water.Masculine is presented using TA 98+S9 in total waste water of chemical plant and this trend is increased,Chloroethylene workshop section production waste water and downriver of southem feihe river chemical plant is the same.negative is presented using TA 100+S9 and TA 100-S9 in all water samples.
