摘　　要：失业问题是任何国家都十分重视的问题,当然,处于经济发展中的我国也不例外,同样面临着失业问题的困扰,国内众多学者对我国的失业问题也从多个角度进行了分析和阐述,但鲜有从体制的角度对我国的失业问题进行分析,本文正是专门从体制的角度对我国的失业问题进行剖析,认为造成我国真实失业率居高不下的重要原因是经济中的垄断程度过多和国有成分过多。Unemployment is any countries have-attached great importance to the problem, And, of course, in the eco- nomic development of our tom,try is not exceptional also, also faces the unemployment problems, many domestic .scholars on China＇s unemployment problem is analyzed and expounded from various angles, but few from the Angle of system through analyzing the problem of unemployment in our country, this articke is dedicated to the unemployment problem in China from the perspective of system analysis.
