中国三北地区部分野生小鼠形态分类学分析

摘　　要：对中国北部地区 1 0个捕鼠地捕获的野生小鼠 (鼷鼠 )进行了分类学分析和形态特征调查 ,主要对 30 0只野生小鼠和 30只实验品系小鼠的体重、头体长、尾长、后脚长及耳长等体征进行了测量和形态特征描述。同时应用统计学分析了不同区域野生小鼠之间、相同捕鼠地雌雄野生小鼠之间及野生小鼠与实验近交系小鼠之间形态特征差异 。Wild mice were collected from 10 localities in north China and their taxonomic and genetic characteristics were investigated. The body weights, lengths of head and body, tail, hindfoot, and ear of the 300 wild specimens and 30 laboratory specimens were measured, and their morphological charateristics were noted in detail. The statistic analyses of morphological characteristics between wild mice, wild males and females, wild and laboratory mice were also were studied. These quantitative values as well as their morphological characteristics were found to e useful diagnostic markers for the taxonomic identification of these mice.
