摘  要:为保护野生资源和满足需求,以阴行草具有生长点的嫩茎段为材料,采用组织培养的方法,进行生长点伸长培养、生长芽的生根培养、试管苗的生根继代扩繁培养,以及试管苗移栽与定植的研究。结果证明:1/2 MS+ZT 0.2 mg/L+IAA 0.4 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L是生长点伸长生长为生长芽的适宜培养基;1/2 MS+蔗糖15 g/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L是生长芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代扩繁培养的适宜培养基;移栽成活率为96.7%,定植成活率为99.3%。定植试管苗当年正常开花,其他植物学性状与野生阴行草一致。In order to protect Siphonostegia chinensis Benth and satisfy human needs, by using tissue culture technique, the rootstock of Siphonostegia chinensis Benth were used as materials to do the research. The study consists of the cultivation of the growing point, bud growth, the subculture of rootstock, the cuttage and planting of tube seedlings. The results demonstrated that 1/2 MS+ZT 0.2 mg/L+IAA 0.4 mg/L+GA3 1.0 mg/L+sucrose 20g/L was the ideal medium for growing point to be a bud, and 1/2 MS+sucrose 15 g/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L was the ideal medium for the culture of bud rooting and the subculture of tube seedlings. The cuttage survival rate of the seedlings was 96.2%,and the planting survival rate of them was 99.3%. The tube seedlings stable planted produced flowers that very year and maintained all botany characteristics of the wild Siphonostegia chinensis Benth.
