摘 要:目的了解新疆喀什地区维吾尔族孕妇营养状况,为少数民族地区进行营养健康教育和促进新疆维吾尔族孕妇优生优育事业的发展提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取喀什市多来提巴格乡、浩罕乡、夏马力巴格镇以及夏马力巴格乡3 397例维吾尔族孕妇,对其膳食结构和各营养素摄入量进行连续3d的24h膳食调查,并与中国营养学会2000年制定的《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量DRIs》进行比较。结果孕早期维吾尔族孕妇膳食中磷、维生素A和维生素E达到中国居民营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)的185.35%、185.52%和297.00%;钙、维生素B1、维生素B2为DRIs的58.53%、73.10%和58.82%;碘、叶酸仅为DRIs的45.20%和18.39%;孕中、晚期维吾尔族孕妇膳食中磷和维生素E达到DRIs的217.00%和222.36%;钙、铁、维生素B2为DRIs的62.30%、72.29%、67.60%;碘、叶酸仅为DRIs的52.69%、20.65%。孕早期和中、晚期维吾尔族孕妇三大产热营养素产热比例基本合理。结论维吾尔族孕妇膳食结构不合理,磷和维生素E摄入量超标,钙、铁、维生素B2摄入不足,碘和叶酸缺乏严重。Objectives To understand the nutritional status of Uyghur pregnant women in Kashi city ,pro-vide a basis for carrying out nutritional health education inminority regions and promting the development of bearing and rearing better children of Uyghur nationality in Xinjiang .Methods A custer sampling method was used to select 3 397 Uyghur pregnant women from Duolaitibage ,Hanhan township and Xia-malibage town for the method of 3 consecutive days of 24-hour dietary survey .Results Among the first trimester Uyghur pregnant women′s daily nutrients investigated ,the daily intakes of phosphorus ,vitamin A and vitamin E were 185 .35% ,185 .52% and 297 .00% of the DRIs ,the daily intakes of calcium ,vitamin B1 ,vitamin B2 were58 .53% ,73 .10% ,58 .82% of the DRIs ,the daily intakes of iodine and folic acid were just 45 .20% and 18 .39% of the DRIs ;Among the progestin in late Uyghur pregnant women′s daily nutri-ents investigated ,the daily intakes of psphorus and vitamin E were 217 .00% and 222 .36% of the DRIs , the daily intakes of calcium ,iron ,vitamin B2 were 62 .30% ,72 .29% ,67 .60% of the DRIs ,the daily in-takes of iodine and folic acid were just 52 .69% and 20 .65% of the DRIs .Three heat nutrients heat ratio of early pregnancy and in women with advanced was reasonable .Conclusion The dietary structure of Uy-ghur pregnant women surveyed is irrational ,including the higher intake of psphorus and vitamin E ,but the Insufficient intake of calcium ,iron ,vitamin B2 ,especially serious shortage of iodine and folic acid .
