乌鲁木齐市高考学生口腔健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市2010年应届汉族高考学生口腔健康状况。方法 2010年6月选取新疆乌鲁木齐市汉族应届高中生2 246人,根据全国统一的调查标准,设计统一的调查表格,对受检学生进行口腔健康状况调查,计算患龋率、牙龈炎患病率、错牙合畸形患病率及智齿萌出率情况,并对男、女生患病情况进行比较,数据录入采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析。结果乌鲁木齐市2010年应届汉族高考学生的患龋率为41.99%,龋均为1.20,其中男生患龋率为35.13%,龋均为0.96,女生患龋率为51.60%,龋均为1.52;牙龈炎患病率为52.58%,其中男生牙龈炎患病率为61.57%,女生牙龈炎患病率为44.06%;错牙合畸形患病率为71.15%,其中男生错牙合畸形患病率为68.44%,女生错牙合畸形患病率为73.72%;智齿萌出率为26.58%,其中男生智齿萌出率为31.08%,女生智齿萌出率为22.03%。男、女生口腔患病情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论龋病、牙龈炎及错牙合畸形患病率均较高,提示应在学校加大口腔健康教育力度,积极开展口腔预防医学。Objective To investigate the oral health condition of senior high school students in Urumqi , Xinjiang .Methods 2 246 students aged 16 to 22 in Urnmqi were investigated about their oral heath condi-tions according to the national unitive criteria and chart form .The data was analysed by the Spss13 .0 soft-ware .Results The prevalence rate of dental caries ,gingivitis and malocclusion are 41 .9% ,52 .8% and 71 .15% respectively ,while the average of caries are 1 .31 .The eruption rate of the third molar tooth is 26 .58% .Conclusion The prevalence rate of dental caries ,gingivitis and malocclusion increases ,which indicates that the school should enhance the education of oral health and put more emphasis on preventive dentistry .
