摘　　要：资金短缺仍是我国中小企业成长的一个主要障碍,而政府在支持中小企业融资中可以承担重要职责。我国应完善政策,从多种角度支持中小企业融资,主要内容包括:推动担保贷款转变为无担保贷款,建设具有成本效益的地方小额贷款机构,设立中小企业技术创新基金等。Being short of funds is still the main obstacle of our small and medium-sized enterprises growing, and in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to finance, government can assume important tasks. Our country should improve the policy, to support small and medium-sized enterprises financing from many aspects, the main contents including： to promote secured credit changing into unsecured credit, to construct cost-effective local small amount loan institutes, to establish small and medium-sized enterprises technical innovative fund.
