法律诊所学员法律文书制作的问题及对策——以婚姻家庭纠纷常用文书为例

摘　　要：法律文书制作是法律诊所学员办理法律事务的重要工作。学员在代理诊所法律事务过程中,由于办案经验不足,职业技能欠缺,对民事法律的认知不充分,常常不能制作准确而规范的法律文书,使当事人的权利得不到及时有效维护。诊所教学中应当扩大案源,增加实践机会,加强基础课程与法律诊所课程的衔接,运用多种教学手段提高法律诊所学员的法律文书制作水平,以更好地为社会提供法律服务。It is an important work of legal affairs for legal clinic students to make legal documents.Owing to the lack of experience,lack of skills on occupation,inadequate civil legal cognition,students often cannot make accurate and normative legal documents when they deal with legal affairs in legal clinic,which will create problems that the rights of the parties cannot be protected timely and effectively.In legal clinic education,we need to expand the source of cases,strengthen the connection between basic education and legal clinic courses,and use a variety of teaching methods to improve the level of legal clinic students＇ legal documents,to provide better legal services for the society.
