试论普通高校军训成果的巩固、深化与提升

摘　　要：军训,是普通高等学校大一新生入学初的第一门必修课,是普通高校以德育为先素质教育工程的初次预演,是普通高校深入贯彻落实国防教育的有效途径和重要手段。通过实施卓有成效的军事训练不仅使学生的综合素质得到大幅提升,而且对增进普通高校与军事院校之间的交流与联合起到了很好的助推作用。为进一步加快普通高校学工干部队伍建设和促进高校长足发展奠定良好基础,这些宝贵成果需要各普通高校不断巩固、深化和提升,以更好地指导新的军训实践。Military training,as is the first compulsory course for colleges and universities freshmen at the very beginning of university life,is the first rehearsal for the quality education project that sees the moral educaion as top priortity and also the effective way and important means to fully implement the national defense education.The implementation of effective military training can not only improve students＇ comprehensive quality greatly but also play a big role in boosting exchanges and powerful alliances between regular institutions of higher learning and military academiies so as to further accelerate cadres contingent building and lay a good foundation of long-term development.These achievements need further scientific research and innovation in order to better guide the new practice of military training.
