摘　　要：在海峡两岸的金融业务面临各种合作契机的环境下,物流金融业务成为海西经济区金融业、物流业新的合作空间和利润增长点。在该业务开展过程中,对第三方物流企业进行评价选择是物流金融业务风险评估体系中重要的一环。构建海西经济区物流金融业务TPL企业评价指标体系,采用AHP法定权和模糊综合评价方法来进行选择,可为银行等机构提供有益的决策参考。When the Taiwan Strait financial business is facing various cooperation opportunity,logistics finance becomes cooperation space and new profit growth point for the financial industry and logistics industry in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait,and in the process of conducting business,the third party logistics evaluation is an important part of logistics financial business risk assessment system.The evaluation index system of TPL supplier selection on logistics finance service in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait is constructed,using the AHP legal rights and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make the choice.It can provide useful reference for banks.
