跨音速轴流压气机转子非轴对称端壁成型的数值研究

摘  要:利用商用软件NUMECA对跨音速轴流压气机转子Rotor67进行了数值模拟,对流场进行分析后发现端壁区二次流损失为该转子损失的主要来源。利用三角函数造型法对Rotor67转子端壁进行了非轴对称造型,并对造型后的转子内部流场进行了数值模拟,对模拟后的流场结果分析表明:采用非轴对称端壁可有效减小通道涡强度与范围,从而降低了叶栅二次流损失,使得压气机效率提高。The study object in this paper is the transonic axial compressor rotor-Rotor67. The numerical simulation of Rotor67 is done by the commercial software NUMECA, and the analysis of the flow field suggests that the secondary flow loss of the endwall is the main loss resources of the rotor. The non-axisymmetrlc endwall profiling of Rotor67 is clone by trigonometric method, and then the numerical simulation of the flow field is done. As a result, the using of non-axisymmetric endwall can decrease the strength and extent of the passage vortex, and this leads to the decrease the secondary flow loss, so the efficiency of the compressor is increased
