摘　　要：分析了国内光通信产业格局变化趋势和当前市场上存在的主要问题,针对上海光通信产业的发展现状找到了光设备及光纤预制棒等具技术优势的领域,并结合国家"宽带战略"的背景以及国内市场形势展望了上海市未来的"光网城市"目标。This paper firstly summarizes the evolution path of optical fiber communication, secondly studies the development trend of China industrial layout of optical fiber communication and analyzes the current major problems in optical fiber communication market, thirdly identifies areas where Shanghai enjoys technical advantage, such as optical fiber equipment and optical fiber pre-form rods, on the basis of the current development trend of its optical fiber communication industry, and finally provides prospects of Shanghai future development objective of ＂City of Optical Fiber Network＂ against the background of China＇s Broadband Strategy and on the basis of China＇s market situation.
