摘 要:本试验采用室内盆栽方法,研究了干旱胁迫对‘南豆12号’、‘贡选1号’、‘桂夏’3种大豆幼苗叶片内的生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在所试干旱处理下,所试材料的叶绿素含量比正常供水有所下降,可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性总体上均比正常供水高,不同材料间各参数有显著差异。研究结果显示,3个品种在干旱胁迫下的适应能力存在差异,‘南豆12’和‘贡选1’的耐旱性较差,‘桂夏’的耐旱性较强。Effects of drought on several physiological and biochemical indexes of three soybean varieties ( ' Nandou 12', ' Gongxuan 1' and ' Guixia' ) were studied with leaves of potted soadlings grown in green house. Results showed that chlorophyll content decreased when drought were applied to seedlings. However, the content of soluble sugar, free proline and MDA, as well as the activity of SOD increased under drought stress. Our results also indicated that there were significant differences in the above indexes among the three varieties, in which ' Guixla' had better resistance than that of ' Nandou 12' and ' Gon^man 1 '.
