摘  要:以新型培养方式——间歇浸没式生物反应器(TIBs)和传统培养方式(CK)生产的甘蔗脱毒苗为材料,分别在增殖期、生根期和炼苗期测定它们的生理生化指标并进行比较。结果表明,在株型方面,TIBs脱毒苗在株高、茎径、叶片数、叶长、叶宽等方面均比CK的高;在含水量方面,TIBs和CK的脱毒苗差别不大;在叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶活性等指标方面,TIBs与CK的脱毒苗相比在增殖期差异不大,但到了生根期和炼苗期各指标均比CK的高。应用间歇浸没式生物反应器培养的甘蔗脱毒苗比传统培养方式具有更强的生长活力和抗逆性。In this study, the virus-free sugarcane seedlings produced by a new tissue culture way--the temporary immersion bioreactors sys- tem (TIBs) and the traditional tissue culture mode were used as experimental materials, and several physiological and biochemical indicators were analyzed in them during the rapid propagation period, root period and refined seedling stage respectively. Results showed the plant-type of vim-free seedling of TIBs were higher than CK in plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, and ete. The water content were not different between them. The chlorophyll contents, proline contents, soluble sugar contents, soluble protein contents and perexidase activities were not different in Imgat^on period, but higher than CK in root period and refine seedling stage. It is thus suggested that Tills can pnxtuce stronger sugarcane seedlings that have a wider tolerance to stresses as compared to the traditional tissue culture mode.
