摘 要:以一定浓度(160 mg·L-1)的氯化钙(CaCl2)与不同浓度(50,80,100 mg·L-1)的抗坏血酸(ASA)组合,对菊花‘兼六香菊’品种从定头至花芽分化期进行喷雾处理,测定花期花瓣中生理生化指标的动态变化,并观察、记录开花日期、花期持续时间,测量和分析花期花序与植株的形态变化。结果表明,处理组均不同程度地提高了菊花花瓣中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力,增加了可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,降低了花瓣中超氧阴离子(O-2)产生速率、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及花瓣浸出液的相对电导率,其花径、株高、株径也均有提高,并使菊花有不同程度的开花提前和凋谢延迟,其中以CaCl2160 mg·L-1+ASA80 mg·L-1处理效果最佳,其开花时间比对照平均提前4.2 d,花延迟凋谢5.3 d,总观赏期延长9.5 d。Combining a certain concentration( 160 mg· L-1 )of calcium chloride( CaC12 )with the different concentrations(50,80,100 mg · L- I )of ascorbic acid (ASA) to spray the chrysanthemum ' jiauliuxiangju' from the last topping off to flower-bud differentiation, the dynam- ic change of its physiological and biochemical indices in flowering petals were determined to observe and record the flowering date and flower- ing duration.and measuring and analyze flowering inflorescence and plant morphological changes. The results showed that the treatments of CaCI2 + ASA could promote the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase(POD) of chrysanthemum petals in some extent, in- crease the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar and reduce superoxide anion (O2-) production rate, malondlaldehyde(MDA) con- tent and petals leaching solution relative conductivity, the flower diameter, plant height and stalk diameter of chrysanthemum also increased, and its flower bloomed early and delayed fading. The effect of CAC]2160 mg· L-1 +ASA 80 mg· L-ltreatment was the best, its bloom time was earlier than that of control aronD 4. 2 days. flower delayed fadine 5.3 days. and total neried extend 9.5 days.
