摘 要:为明确羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶与七星瓢虫抗药性的关系,对用吡虫啉处理的七星瓢虫品系体内的羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶2种酶活性进行测定。结果表明:抗性品系体内的羧酸酯酶酶源蛋白含量稍高于敏感品系,比值为1.0858,二者间有显著差异。羧酸酯酶比活力的比值为1.0219,无显著差异;抗性七星瓢虫乙酰胆碱酯酶酶源蛋白含量与敏感品系的比值为1.2314,无显著差异,乙酰胆碱酯酶比活力的比值为0.7693,差异不显著。说明,七星瓢虫对吡虫啉产生抗性后,其羧酸酯酶的量有显著增加,羧酸酯酶可能参与七星瓢虫抗性的产生;而抗性七星瓢虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活力无明显的变化,酶源蛋白量的变化不显著,初步推断,这可能与七星瓢虫抗性的产生无关。In order to explore the relationship of the resistenee to imidacloprid versus carbexylesterase and acetylcholinesterase of C. septem- punting, the enzyme activities of CarE and AchE were determined in the laboratory. The results showed that the difference of enzyme protein content of CarE between the resistant strain and the susceptible strain was significant( 1. 0858), but the ratio of CarE activity (1. 0219) had no difference. And the ratio of enzyme protein content of Ache was 1. 2314 and the ratio of AchE activity was 0.7693. There were insignifi- cant increase on the AchE activity of the resistant strain. So CarE may play a role in increasing resistence to imidacloprid of C. septempuncta- ta and AchE may has nothing with the resistance of C. septempuactata.
