摘 要:对藿香叶斑病进行病原鉴定,并研究其生物学特性和杀菌剂对其抑制作用。结果表明,该病原菌为链格孢菌(Alternaria);该病原菌最适宜生长的碳源为蔗糖,氮源为硝酸钠。菌丝适宜生长的温度和pH值范围均较广;25—32℃菌丝生长良好,速度快,分生孢子萌发率较高;菌丝适宜生长的pH值为6.0—7.0,弱酸性更利于孢子萌发;光周期对茵落生长的影响不大,但是光照有利于分子孢子萌发。供试的杀菌剂中以代森锰锌和扑海因的抑茵效果最好。Identification of pathogen of leaf spot of Pogostcmon cabll, and study on its biological characteristics and inhibition of germicides was carried out. The results showed that the pathogen was Alt, emada sp. The best carbon source for mycelial growth was sucrose. The best nitrogen sources mycelial growth was NaNO3. The appropriate pH for mycelial growth was 6.0 - 7.0. The appropriate temperature for myce- lial growth and spore germination was 25 - 32℃. Pbetoperied had little influence on mycelial growth, light was helpful to spore germination. In laboratory test, Mancezeb and Iprodiane was the best germicide in the test.
