摘 要:测定吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼的耐寒性能,应用室内人工降温,以0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8℃/3 h匀速降温至所有试验鱼死亡,应用Logistic方程确定罗非鱼的低温半致死温度(LT50),对持续时间、累计昏迷率和累计死亡率进行线性回归分析。结果表明:在四种降温模式下,吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼的昏迷温度范围为9.4~9.9℃,半数昏迷温度分别为8.6、8.4、9.2、9.8℃;低温死亡温度范围为7.9~9.5℃,半致死温度分别为:8.6、7.7、7.5和6.8℃。累计昏迷率与持续时间线性回归方程分别为:y=-6.426+0.063x、y=-3.512+0.074x、y=-2.431+0.081x和y=-1.454+0.080x。累计死亡率与持续时间线性回归方程分别为:y=-5.783+0.053x,y=-2.295+0.042x,y=-1.719+0.049x和y=-1.325+0.051x;0.2和0.8℃/3 h试验组的累计昏迷率与累计死亡率线性回归方程分别为:y=0.447+1.027x和y=-0.019+0.059x。0.2℃/3 h试验组的降温速度较符合罗非鱼在寒冷环境下的自然规律,可以作为降温模式的首选。The study was done to assess the cold tolerance capability of GIFT tilapia. The experiment had been lasted to all the GIFt tilapia died at the temperature-decreased speeds of 0. 2,0.4,0. 6 and 0.8℃/3 h by indoor artificial cooling way. The inflcxion point temperature of Logistic function was the leth temperature (LTso) of tiIapia. The linear regression analysis among maintenance time, cumulative coma rate and cumulative mortality had been done. The coma temperature range was 9.4 - 9.9 ℃ at the four temperature-decreased speeds above The coma temperature ( CTs0 ) were 8.6, 8.4 ℃, 9.2 and 9.8℃, respectively. The mo^dity temperature range was 7.9 - 9.5 ℃ at the four temperature-decreased speeds above. The lethal temperatu(LTs0 ) were 8.6, 7.7, 7.5 and 6.8 ℃, resectively. The linear regres- sion equations between cumulative coma rate and maintenance time were: y = -6. 426 +0. 063x, y = - 3. 512 + 0. 074x, y = - 2. 431 + 0. 081x and y = - 1. 454 +0. 080x, respectively, at the four temperature-decreased speeds above. The linear regression equations between cu- mulative mortality and maintenance time were: y = - 5. 783 + 0. OS3x, y = - 2. 295 + 0. 042x, y = - 1.719 ^-0. 049x and y = - 1.325 + 0. 051x, respectively, at the four temperature-decreased speeds above. The linear regression equations between cumulative coma rate and cu- mulative mortality were: y = 0. 447 + 1. 027x and y = -0. 019 + 0. 059x, respectively, at the temperature-decreatsed speeds of 0. 2 and 0. 8 ℃/3 h . The temperature-decreased speed of 0.2℃/3 h was more in line with the physiological phenomenon regularity of tilapia in cold en- vlroument, can be used as the cooling mode choice.
