公务员对廉政教育态度的量表研究

摘　　要：针对公务员开展的廉政教育是反腐败和廉政建设的一项基础性工作。公务员对待廉政教育的态度是检视廉政教育成效的基本指标。编制适用的量表是全面把握公务员对廉政教育态度的前提性工作。文章根据社会心理学中态度理论和李克特态度测量方法编制了一个含有认知、情感体验、行为意愿、态度和行为等5个维度的公务员对廉政教育的态度量表,基于两次施测结果对项目进行筛选,并运用项目分析和因子分析等技术对量表进行验证。实证分析结果表明该量表具有较高的信度与效度,可以据以开展实际调查。The anti -corruption education is basic for the fight against corruption and construction of a clean government. Civil servants＇ attitude toward anti -corruption education is a basic index. Based on the Social Psychology, this paper focuses on civil servants, constructs the scale of civil servants＇ attitude toward anti - corruption education through empirical researches. The five factors provided are cognition, feeling of exercise, behavior intention, attitude and behavior. By using the investigation data, this paper selects the indexes and confirms the scales validity from exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, validity and so on. The empirical survey results show that the scale has high reliability, validity and internal consistency.
