摘　　要：应用ELISA和病毒毒力滴度测定两种方法对狂犬病疫苗纯化过程中各步样品进行检测 ,并应用NIH效力测定法对ELISA法测定的结果进行验证。结果显示 ,ELISA法具有灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好、简便易行等优点 ,是一种较理想的病毒回收率测定方法。Different level examples of rabies virus during purification process were tested by ELISA and virus infectivity titre. and the results were compared with that of results of NIH.The results indicated that the method of ELISA showed high sensitivity,strong spelificity,good reproducibility,simple and convinient to determining recovery rate of rabies virus.
