摘 要:农村卫生人才缺乏已经成为制约我国农村卫生事业发展的瓶颈。通过统计分析福建省乡镇卫生院卫生人员的现状,总结乡镇卫生院人才建设取得的成绩,针对目前存在的总量不足、工作满意度不高、软实力有待提升等问题,提出全社会必须重视农村卫生人才队伍建设、加大投入和改善工作环境条件、提高待遇、改革医学教育培养体系等政策建议,以营造乡镇卫生院良好的造血环境,并将造血功能的恢复作为解决农村卫生人才短缺问题的根本目标。The lack of rural health care personnel has become the bottleneck for rural health service development.By analyzing the health personnel allocation in Fujian township hospitals,summarizing their achievements and pointing out such problems as the lack of personnel,low job satisfaction and weak soft power,this paper comes up with suggestions that the whole society should value the health care personnel construction in township hospitals,invest more to improve working conditions and staff benefits in township hospitals,reform medical education,etc.,so as to develop a desirable self-sustaining system in the township hospitals and set the restoration of self-reliance as the goal of solving the problem of health personnel shortage
