摘　　要：颈椎病的治疗方案很多,近年来随着生物材料的进步和大量临床数据的积累,颈椎人工椎间盘置换术(total disc replacement,TDR)取得了长足的进步。本文对该手术的临床治疗进展予以简单介绍。Objective There are many therapeutic regimens for cervical spondylosis. In recent years, total cervical artificial disc replacement（TDR） has made remarkable progress following advancement of biomaterial technology and accumulation of clinical da- ta. In this paper, clinical progress of TDR is briefly reviewed.
